School Lunches

Please order school meals with our provider - Ideal School Meals. 

if you should have any problems with your account or with ordering your child's meals, then yo ucan contact ideal School meals on 01522 246424; on Mondays and Tuesdays between teh horus of 9am and 4pm; and on Wednesdays and Fridays between 9am and 2.45pm.

You could also email them on [email protected] 

Please remember that it is your responsibilitty to order a meal for your child. if yo uforget to do so, you will need to speak with Ideal School meals to see if they can organise a meal for your child, or oprovide a packed lunch for yoru child yourself.

Is your child entitled to Free School Meals?

Your child is eligible for Free School Meals if you are in receipt of one of the following:

• Universal Credit with no earned income or with net monthly earnings less than a specified amount
• Income Support
• Income based Jobseeker's Allowance
• Income related Employment Support Allowance
• Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
• The guaranteed element of State Pension Credit
• Child Tax Credit  - as long as you have a yearly household income of less than a specified amount (as assessed by HM Revenue and Customs) and do not get Working Tax Credit
• Working Tax Credit run-on (paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)

Healthy school food has obvious health benefits and can help pupils establish healthy habits for life. Healthy school food can also help to improve pupils' readiness to learn.

Registering for Free School Meals could also raise an additional funds for our school, to fund valuable support for your child, such as extra tuition, additional teaching staff or after school activities. This additional money is available from central government for every child whose parent is receiving one of the benefits listed above.
